Google Analytics cookies
With your permission, Google Analytics sets first-party _ga cookies to distinguish visits and produce aggregate site statistics. The Index does not enable advertising storage or use these cookies for cross-site advertising.
Until you accept, and whenever you decline, Google Analytics runs cookieless. Declining after acceptance also removes _ga cookies that the Index can access.
Other analytics
Microsoft Clarity runs with identifier storage withheld. Grademypage Analytics does not use cookies; it stores an anonymous counter in your browser’s local storage. These services help identify broad usage patterns and interface problems.
Local browser storage
The Index may use local storage for your consent choice, reading trails, bookmarks, recently visited galleries, and interface preferences. Local storage is not a cookie. It stays in your browser until you clear it.
Optional subscriptions and missing-work requests send the information you enter to the server; they are not browser-storage features.
Third-party support cookie
The optional Buy Me a Coffee control loads its own script and may use a one-day visited cookie for its greeting. Buy Me a Coffee controls that cookie and any information used for a donation or account.
